'Takes me 35 seconds to do my hair": Alex Caruso trolls Ernie over hairline comment before Lakers vs Nuggets Game 2

Warming up with bluetooth headpieces attached, Alex Caruso gave a candid pre-game interview to Ernie Johnson and even had a hilarious pre-game moment with EJ.

Alex Caruso has been one of the Lakers’ ever-present rotation members off the bench. The 26-year-old has been a great defender and transition player.

He’s got the hops to make the highlight reels every now and then. Caruso threw down a monster transition dunk in today’s game as well. He’s surprisingly athletic for a white player, who’re typically supposed to be more circumspect.

During the pre-game interview, Ernie’s last question to Caruso was regarding his hairline. Ernie remarked that many NBA fans had likened himself to Caruso.

Ernie went on to talk about his own hairline, and how the Inside crew compares it to Caruso’s. He remarked that it takes him 36 seconds to do his hair in the morning. Caruso shot back saying ‘It takes me 35 cuz I’m a little younger than you.’

The Lakers went into halftime against the Nuggets in Game 2 with a sizeable 10-point lead. With the scores standing at 60-50 in their favour, they have the opportunity to ease into a 2-0 series lead – something neither the Clippers nor the Jazz could do to the Nuggets.

LeBron James has gotten off to a dominant start, with 20 of the Lakers’ 60 points. James has added 4 boards, a dime and a block to his statline.

Both Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray have hit double figures for the Nuggets, but neither has had the scoring impact of King James on the game. This might be another long night for Denver.
