Personal Statement

I am very excited about the next 12 months!  I am looking forward to graduating from High School and selecting a College!

This past Summer was awesome!  My Ohio Lasers Blue travel team became the first team from Ohio to win ASA Nationals and the Colorado Fireworks.  We finished with a 60 and 4 record and took first place in every tournament that we entered!

I just finished my Senior golf season where I was first team all conference for the second straight year.  Our team qualified for Districts and just missed qualifying for States.

My goals for the next few months are very simple.  I want to improve my ACT score to at least a 28.  I want to find a college that feels like home and commit to play softball for that school.  I want to win a league and district championship in my last High School season and I want to enjoy every game this coming summer before I leave for College!

I believe that I would be a great addition to any college softball program.  I am a very good top of the lineup hitter.  I can slap, power slap, bunt and hit for power.  I am extremely fast and am also a very aggressive base runner.  I can play all 3 outfield positions, am a tremendous defender and can also play middle infield and third base.

Academically I am very focused.  My GPA is over 3.6 and that is with several AP and Honors classes.

I believe that I have a combination of speed and power that is hard to find.  I will continue to work on my game and I am very excited for the start of school ball!
