The Eat & Roll restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, and you can also eat all day in the attractive Studio 32 lobby bar area, which serves a full range of drinks and Spanish and international dishes, including a lobster roll (€17/£15) and a wagyu burger (€15/£13). There are outdoor tables and a food truck by the pool.
The stylish Sky Lounge on the roof terrace (closed in winter) has panoramic views across the city to the mountains and is a lovely spot to watch the sunset with a gin and tonic.
Breakfast includes bacon and eggs, quiche, tortilla omelettes, pancakes, croissants, churros and cake. There is a good range of organic produce and healthy options, such as smoothies (served in mini jam jars), spirulina and chia, poppy and pumpkin seeds. You can scrape your own honey off a honeycomb and jams include an olive oil variety. They offer guacamole and hummus too, with carrot, cucumber and pepper sticks for dipping.
