Brad Daugherty is a retired professional basketball player and NASCAR analyst with a net worth of $20 million. Born in Black Mountain, North Carolina in October 1965, Daugherty led his high school team to the state finals in 1982. He went on to play college basketball at the University of North Carolina on a scholarship where he was a two-time All-ACC first team selection and a first team All-American. He was named to the ACC 50th Anniversary men’s basketball team in 2002.
Daugherty was the #1 pick in the 1986 NBA Draft by the Cleveland Cavaliers and played his entire career for the team. He was a five-time NBA All-Star and retired in 1994 with over 10,000 points and 5,000 rebounds. After retiring from basketball, Daugherty invested in car dealerships, commercial real estate, and waste management. He also works for ESPN as a NASCAR and college basketball analyst and is a co-owner of a NASCAR Camping World Truck Series team and part owner of JTG Daugherty Racing.
