Celebrity Sex: Miley Cyrus Performs Live While Nearly Nude

An almost nude Miley Cyrus was thirsty for attention once more onstage in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
At the city's stop of her underselling Bangerz Tour, Cyrus performed in a bra and panties, which is more than what she usually wears in her music videos ... but that part wasn't planned. At least, according to Cyrus.
Miley Cyrus performed the song "23," about Jordans (titled after Michael Jordan's jersey number, natch), while wearing a red and black sparkly bra and panties. Because the colors matched the theme of the track, her fans thought she just had a new outfit for the tour's performances of the song. But it turns out, if you ask Cyrus, it was just poor timing.
She took to Twitter to explain what happened:
not a new outfit for 23 I didn't make my quick change and I couldn't not come out for the song so I just had to run out in my undies :(

Maybe if Cyrus focused more on rehearsing and less on desperately trying to be edgy, she wouldn't have problems like this one or needing a TelePrompTer to remember her own lyrics. Besides, the photos below show that she's performed and posed in much less before.
