ATLANTA (WXIA) -- A Snellville woman is angry over the offensive words she says a car wash employee wrote on her receipt – then put on the windshield while they cleaned the car.

Apparently, she was never supposed to see the receipt or what was written about her.

Someone had written on customer Misty Thomas' the receipt: "B***h is crazy."

The incident happened on Sunday at the All Seasons Car Wash on Scenic Highway in Snellville.

Thomas had gone to the car wash the day before to get her car detailed, but when she had a chance to look at the vehicle the next day, she was shocked to see the quality of the work.

"There was dog hair everywhere, still on the seats… The inside hadn't been cleaned at all. The tires themselves hadn't been cleaned," said Thomas.

It was not the kind of detailing Misty Thomas expected for the $40 she paid.

On Sunday, she went back and asked the manager to clean it again.

"I said can you please redo my car? I've already paid for it. I've already tipped the detailers, but I don't think I should have to wait in line with everybody else," said Thomas.

She said the manager agreed.

At one point, after it had been washed, she went to get something out of her vehicle.

"When it was being wiped off and detailed, I went to my car to retrieve my daughter's medication… and, I saw a note on the outside of my car on the windshield.

When she saw was written -- "B***h is crazy" -- she became upset.

"I started shaking. I started crying. I was like, what is this. How do people operate like this? How do you treat customers this way?," said Thomas.

She took a picture of the ticket and went to see the store manager, Ryan.

"He said, 'I don't know who did it. I didn't do it. I was in the back. Your car is ready,"' said Thomas.

Today, at the car wash, that same manager first told 11Alive's Donna Lowry he had no comment, but when questioned said the employee who wrote the note would be fired.

He also said he apologized to Misty Thomas.

She insists he did not and it is one reason she filed an incident report with the Snellville Police Department. She said because her 14-year-old daughter was with her, at the time, she wanted an official record of what happened.
