Personal Statement

My name is Diondre Williams, I am 19 years old, 5' 10", 160lbs. A basketball was always in my hands ever since I can remember. I've played in numerous little leagues when I was younger. I've aspired to be a collegiate athlete and even make it to the pro's ever since. I'm a perfect candidate because I know the game and I have a pretty high basketball IQ. I am short for my position, but I know how to make up for it using my basketball IQ, athleticism, and accurate shooting ability to my advantage. I'm all about whatever it takes to help my team become successful. I'm different from other recruits because of my professionalism, maturity and my drive to have success. I push myself to do the best I can in schoolwork, sports, and being the best person I can be. I work to be the greatest and am willing to go the extra mile. A lot of athletes do their sport for many reasons, I play for the love of the game and to win.
