Sarah Vivan and Lil Wayne were in a relationship starting in 2005. Sarah and Wayne had again on and again off relationship in the latter half of the 2000s.
Vivan met Lil Wayne when she was just 19 years old circa 2005, according to HipHopDX. She loved being behind the stage as it was all new for her and very much overwhelming.
Although Wayne and Vivan's romance did not turn into marriage, the pair did welcome a son together. Carter III was both Vivan and Wayne's firstborn son. In fact, the rapper was so excited about welcoming a son, he made an announcement during the acceptance speech of the BET Hip-Hop Award in 2008.
According to Global Grind, Sarah recalls the historic announcement and confined she was in labor at the time of the speech. Wayne flew to Cincinnati to meet his new baby and baby mama after the event.
The pair ended their romance a year after their son was born, they called quits in 2009. However, Sarah and Wayne have forged a great friendship between them to last a lifetime. They co-parent their now 15-year-old son and celebrate his birthdays and occasions together.
While Vivan's relationship with Tha Block Is Hot rapper is good, she also respects his other baby mamas. According to Global Grind, Sarah revealed they have mutual respect for each other, they once truly loved Wayne.
