Personal Statement

I am a 6'4" central defender who loves the beautiful game of soccer.  I have played competitive soccer for the past 10 years. I am a defender that stands strong and works hard to protect the goal.  I currently play for Sacramento United Club. Over the past year, my team won Regionals, State Cup, and the NorCal National Premier League all of which gave my team the opportunity to compete at US Soccer Club’s National Cup Finals for the past two years. 

I aspire to play at the next level as a student athlete. I have a great work ethic, I am very coachable, and a great teammate. My soccer IQ is growing daily, and I am continuing to work on all aspects of my game.   

I am competitive both on the field and in the classroom maintaining a high GPA.  From a very young age, I was groomed to attend a university that would bring out the best in what I have to offer.  I want to to continue to give back my community and I want to make sure that my college experience furthers my journey to be a service to others.
