Fantasy football Week 4 advice recap: Who to start and sit

Q: Pick three: underwhelming vets or exciting rookies (half-PPR)? Jerry Jeudy, DeAndre Hopkins, Chris Godwin, De’Von Achane, Tank Dell or Roschon Johnson (okay, so the last one’s not quite as exciting). — Trevor M.

I’ve talked about Hopkins already; he’s got several factors in his favor today, as does Dell. Just the fact that Miami’s backs took Denver by storm makes Johnson kind of exciting, right? Still, I’d probably go with Achane over him and Godwin. Godwin has had one good game vs. New Orleans in the last two years (where Mike Evans notoriously struggles vs. Marshon Lattimore) but several bad ones. It’s going to be a defensive struggle for both teams today.

Achane isn’t going to score three times today (as a Bills fan, I hope not at least!) but it’s always easier to run on the Bills than beat them through the air, so he and Raheem Mostert should get their chances. So … Dell, Hopkins, Achane for me.
