GTA V Breaks World Record

TEMPO.CO, San Francisco - The launching event  of the highly-anticipated game 'Grand Theft Auto (GTA) V' has been named as one of the greatest launching event in the world. Since the first day of the game's release, the game has been sold for over 1,57 million copies. GfK chart-track reported that GTA V managed to make 65 million Poundsterling of profit in less than 24 hours in England.

The GTA V success exceeded 'Call of Duty: Black Ops' that was released on November 2010, selling only 1.41 copies on the first day of its release.

GTA V official distributor company Take Two, named the game as one of the highest selling release in history. The game was sold in over 2,000 retailers across United States and Europe.
