Personal Statement

   Over my eight years of playing competitive water polo, I have had the advantage of playing for a variety of coaches and teams to develop my love for the game. I have had the privilege to experience ODP multiple times and am excited to pursue water polo at the next level.

The academics at Harker have given me a strong foundation for college and have stimulated my creativity and learning. So far, I have been intrigued by business and entrepreneurship. Economics and Marketing are two facets that I have heavily immersed myself in, alongside exploring the stock market and cryptocurrency. To further my understanding of the business world, I have joined the popular entrepreneurship club, DECA, and have won multiple state, national, and international awards. As an avid learner, I intend to grow my strengths both in and out of the pool. I am a versatile player, with one of my assets being a growth mindset, which helps drive constant improvement.
