Jennifer Fessler husband Jeffrey Fessler has earned his position as a partner in the Corporate and Securities group at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP. 

Jeffrey is also known for leading the firm's Public Companies, Capital Market, and Life Sciences team. He is mostly focused on the practice of securities and corporate law. His practice is mainly focused on the representation of the biotechnology industry. 

Fessler has worked in a wide range of corporate transactions such as joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, debt financing, proxy contests, and private equity. He has expanded his career experience by working in different fields including telecommunications, healthcare, broadcasting, and technology. 

He has also gained experience representing companies in public offerings, private placements, and investment banks. 

Before joining Sheppard Mullin's team, he was a partner with Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ferenace LLP for 12 years. Jeffrey has also provided his service as a senior counsel for firms including Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.

As per his LinkedIn profile, he began his career as an associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. In 2014, SmartCEO Magazine named Fessler as the New York Attorney of the Year 

In 1985, he received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and completed his Juris Doctorate in 1991 from New York Law School.
