Marvin Sapp is a successful American Gospel singer and songwriter with a net worth of $4 million. He began singing in church at the age of four and was later approached by gospel singer Fred Hammond to join the Commissioned. Sapp left the group in the mid-nineties to pursue a solo career and has since released seven albums. His 2007 album Thirsty produced the hit song Never Would Have Made It, which reached the top spot on the Billboard Hot Gospel song charts and peaked at number 14 on the Billboard R&B charts.
