Wendell Leonard Osborne, 79, passed away on February 8, 2021, at home in Portsmouth, Virginia. Born July 25, 1941, in Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania, he was one of eleven children of the late Alfred and Hazel Osborne. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Lisa Osborne; three brothers, Alfred Osborne, Clifford Osborne, and Daniel Osborne.
