Personal Statement

My name is Michael Fuchs and I currently attend Brookfield East High School. I started playing soccer when I was 4 years old because it has been a huge passion of my family that we all share. I am very competitive and will do anything to succeed. Soccer is my life and every time I step on the field I strive to become better. When I'm not at practice, I am either playing soccer at my high school or working out to make myself more agile and explosive on the field. It has been a goal of mine since I was little to play at the next level, and I know I'm ready.

Academically, I want to major in either engineering or business. I am an excellent student with a weighted GPA of 4.05. I take my academics very seriously and take AP and honors classes. My rigorous school schedule and extracurricular activities have taught me how to balance and organize my daily schedule which has prepared me for success once I attend college.
