Personal Statement
My life has joyfully revolved around competitive soccer for the past six years. Growing up with three siblings, I definitely consider myself having a naturally competitive spirit and the game of soccer has provided a positive outlet. I developed a love for the game around nine years old and consistently began to develop as a player.
Having a desire to play with teammates my own age, at ten years old I left my local U13 club team to play for the Alpine Strikers where we won the District II Cup. After one season, I moved to the competitive Juventus Soccer Club where I played for six years before joining my current team, the Burlingame U17G US Soccer Development Academy.
I would describe my style of play as creative and fluid. I am most confident with my touch, shot, technical ability, and movement off the ball. Playing soccer in college and representing a sport that I am in love with would be an absolute honor.
For my local community, I have volunteered as a coach's assistant for both the Half Moon Bay and Juventus soccer clubs. I have my US Soccer E coaching license. Encouraging the youth of soccer players is a role I consider my responsibility being a U17 soccer player myself.
Academically, I am diligent and self-motivated. Being artistically gifted, I hope to study in art and design, however education is also a field of study I am interested in. I owe any and all success to God, my family, and all my coaches who have participated in nurturing me as a player.
Thank you for taking your time to view my profile, have a lovely day!
