Ruth’s life may seem short to many, but those who were touched and loved by her are extremely blessed to have a love like hers. Ruth was born on June 25, 1939 in Scotland Neck, NC. She is pre-deceased by her Parents, Willey and Gertie Williams, Husband, Percy Nixon, SR, Son, Percy Nixon, JR, and Granddaughter, Jamila Williams.
