Latisha Dione Bowser-Wolmart, affectionately known to family and friends as “Tisha,” was born in Norfolk, VA to Maurice Nathaniel Brazell (Milwaukee, WI) and Johnnie Mae Hendrickson (Chesapeake, VA), on September 9, 1977. She departed this life on Monday, February 27, 2023 at Sentara Leigh Memorial Hospital in Norfolk, VA. Her grandmother, Elizabeth Bowser (Norfolk, VA), Doris Brazell-Oates (Columbus, GA), and Mary Hendrickson (Norfolk, VA). Her grandfathers, John C. Bowser (Norfolk, VA) and Charles Hendrickson (Norfolk, VA); preceded her in death. She was a devoted, caring, and loving wife, mother, and sister.
