Olivia Dunne wipes out and face plants after mistimed backflip in latest TikTok

Olivia Dunne's rise on social media has been meteoric. The gymnast has taken the internet by storm and her posts accumulate millions of views and thousands of comments.

"Livvy" has decided to escape the freezing New Jersey temperatures this Christmas and her latest TikTok is a video of her on a tropical-looking beach somewhere.

But it looks like the US gymnast is a little short of festive spirit. "Holidays are right are right around the corner and this giving season I'm giving up," she said in hilarious clip in which she performs a slightly mistimed backflip, causing her to wipe out and face plant the sand.

Fans were left in hysterics. One user even commented: "YOUR SO FUNNY LIVVY MARRY ME PLEASE".

One man even asked "you do gymnastics right" after watching her awkward landing, to which Olivia replied: "I still do silly".
