Personal Statement

I am currently a 6’2’’ 185 lbs. junior quarterback at Joliet Catholic Academy. Due to IHSA transfer rules, I will be ineligible this year.  Although I will be ineligible, I am going to be an active member of the team by running the scout offense, encouraging teammates, learning the offensive system, and assisting my coaches in every way. I am making a big sacrifice by not having junior film but it is definitely worth it. I will be playing for a great football program, getting a great education, and ultimately becoming a better person on the field, in the classroom, and in my community.

I take pride in my academics, as I feel having a great education is always number one. Along with academic pride, I take pride in being a leader in the classroom and on the field. Being a great leader is very important to me, and I intend on leading my fellow Hillmen to Joliet Catholic’s 14th state championship victory my senior year. I am a firm believer in team first and having a strong bond between every member of the team.

I trust that my work ethic, great attitude, passion for the game of football, leadership qualities, and being coachable will be a perfect fit for any college football program.
