Sophie Okonedo daughter Aoife Martin is a professional fitness trainer based in London, UK. Aoife works as a personal trainer at the Ultimate Performance Fitness Center.

Aoife started her career as a front desk receptionist at the London headquarters of Virgin Active. She worked at the company for a year and four months from July 2014 to October 2015. 

At Virgin Active, she was responsible for performing tasks like record keeping, taking payments, primary client care, managing debt, and banking calls, handling conflicts, and more.

After leaving her first job, Martin was hired as a personal trainer at the AOM Personal Training center in March 2016. She worked there for two years and two months until April 2018. 

Aoife immediately joined her current place of employment, i.e. the Ultimate Performance center. There, she is involved in guiding her clients with a workout schedule and helping them achieve their personal fitness goals. 

Likewise, Martin has also helped new mothers with their weight loss journey. One such example is a young mother named Shilpa, who lost 20 kgs in 24 weeks with Aoife as her personal trainer. 

During an interview with Ultimate Performance, Shilpa mentioned that Martin always pushed her beyond her limits and made sure that she maintained a proper diet and lifestyle to achieve a toned body.

Regarding her academics, Aoife is a graduate of the Fortismere School in London. Likewise, she attended Hampstead Fine Arts College from 2012 to 2014.

In 2020, the fitness personality joined the Birkbeck, University of London to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychosocial Studies. She attends the university part-time and is set to graduate in 2026.
