Sutton Stracke revealed she has an esophagus disorder on RHOBH. She claimed she couldn’t swallow her own saliva for four days and can’t eat certain foods as a result of the disease. But the Bravo star hit out after her fellow cast member “made fun of her” on a recent episode.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Annemarie is a nurse anaesthetist, who fans claim “should know that there is a condition called EOE [esophagus disorder].” She was there when Kyle Richards questioned if Sutton’s erratic behavior during their one-on-one conversation was the result of “your first drink or your fifth” or the foot medication she takes. She told Sutton Stracke she’d seen her “push around the plate”.

Sutton Stracke revealed she has been diagnosed with esophagus disorder, which can cause heartburn or swallowing problems and increase someone’s risk of oesophageal cancer.
She told cameras her “esophagus disorder is not something to be made fun of,” which was a health condition she has never mentioned on the Bravo series before.
“I can’t eat certain foods,” she continued. “I’ve been down for four days not able to swallow my own saliva. And here’s my friend, making fun of me. What’s going on in your life, Kyle?”
Kyle Richards ‘makes fun’ of Sutton
During a RHOBH dinner party, Kyle Richards told Sutton: “I’ve seen you push around the plate and say that you have some disorder where you choke and you can’t eat your food.”
The accusation didn’t land well with Sutton, who told hit back at Kyle and said: “I’m sick of fighting with you.”
Sutton adds: “You’ve already lost two sisters, do you want to lose a third?”
Earlier, Kyle accused Sutton of “gaslighting” her when she assumed her marriage to Mauricio Umansky was not going well.

RHOBH fans turn to Annemarie’s profession
RHOBH star and nurse Annemarie has become a key focus during Sutton’s esophagus disorder reveal. A Reddit thread has been launched into the drama, with fans blaming Annemarie for not knowing better.
One fan wrote: “Annemarie and Kyle – making fun of this condition and believing that Sutton is making this up shows their lack of intelligence and empathy. Shame on you Annemarie – you are a nurse.”
Another agreed and penned: “You’d think a healthcare professional wouldn’t laugh about someone’s medical history on camera (or at all) but here we are.”
“I’m rewatching the episode now and it’s coming across more like Annemarie genuinely being curious as to what the condition is,” commented a Reddit user.
