The onlookers present at the bar were visibly taken aback by the shocking scene as they witnessed the man shamelessly exposing himself at the bar while enthusiastically engaging in intimate acts with his girlfriend.
Prior to the police arriving, the bar owner had alerted law enforcement that the couple was attempting to engage in s*xual acts in the bar but were stopped and subsequently thrown out.
Police records referred to Brown as Clark’s “male friend” and identified Clark as his “girlfriend.”
Authorities stated that the couple appeared to be under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident.
They were taken to the Warren County Regional Jail, where they faced second-degree charges of disorderly conduct and charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place.
