On Tuesday night's episode, contestant Megan spun the wheel to take on the bonus round. She chose the category "Living Thing."
The puzzle appeared: "P_N_ _RC_ _ D" after she got the traditional letters: R, S, T, L, N, and E.
As the 10-second timer ticked, Megan began firing off her guesses for the puzzle. If you re-watch the video, the first words Megan said when she began guessing sounded either like "Something Orchid" or "Pink Orchid."
However, the timer ran out-- and host Pat Sajak revealed she missed out on a $40,000 prize.
Some fans took to social media to express their frustrations and that's when #PinkOrchid began trending on X.
One fan said she thought Megan got robbed out of her bonus prize.

Another fan argued her first guess was defintely "something orchid."
